Earlier this month ServLife, along with six other local organizations, participated in “Purchased”, a benefit concert event held in Indianapolis, IN, to raise awareness and bring attention to the issue of human trafficking, an issue that the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) estimates, affects 1.2 million children each year.

ServLife, along with the other participating organizations set up information booths and talked with passionate advocates around the city about the issue of human trafficking and provided the community tangible ways to get involved. Over 150 people attended the event and there was live music from three local bands (Connersvine, The Tyler Bender Band, and Liferoot).
