Steve Hurry (Operations and Communications)
Steve has been with ServLife since March of 2007. Steve grew up in Plano, Texas and Indianapolis, IN, where he then went to Purdue University and graduated with a Computer Technology degree. Since 2001 he has done various IT Work at Conseco, Eli Lilly, and he left his previous position at Sallie Mae as a Technical Writer to join ServLife. Steve is married to Bridget who is an OB/GYN in Indianapolis and they have a son, Ethan, who was born in July 2007. The main projects Steve heads up are Communications, Short Term Trips, ServLife Store, administrative tasks for the Co-Send Initiative, and IT development for the US office. Steve has also led two volunteer teams to the ServLife ministry campus in Bihar, India, to help with the annual ServLife Pastor Conference and serve at the children’s home there.
